Lead AI Business Consultant

We are looking for a driven and innovative Lead AI Business Consultant to join our AI division. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business strategy and AI execution. This position partners closely with senior business leaders, data scientists, IT, and stakeholders across the organization to translate business priorities into impactful AI initiatives. You will lead the business engagement side of AI delivery — ensuring each use case delivers measurable value, adoption, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Beyond project execution, you will be a key member in managing our AI Steering Committee with senior leadership, but also in shaping and driving our AI democratization program, while leading a small team of experienced AI business consultants. This position is instrumental in scaling the impact of AI across the enterprise and embedding data-driven ways of working in the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the AI Steering Committee with senior leadership, including agenda planning, materials preparation, decision tracking and translation into actions.

  • Support the Head of AI in aligning leadership decisions with the broader data & AI roadmap and portfolio priorities.

  • Lead the AI use case intake, prioritization, and tracking process, ensuring transparency on progress, impact, and risks.

  • Partner with business sponsors and data science leads to define problem statements, business cases, KPIs, and success criteria.

  • Ensure projects are scoped effectively, aligned with business value, and delivered in a way that maximizes adoption and measurable impact.

  • Steer change management together with business sponsors and transformation teams to ensure AI adoption and business process integration.

  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business narratives for diverse audiences — from executives to frontline teams.

  • Contribute to communication, training, and engagement materials that foster understanding and trust in AI.

  • Own, define, and roll out the Data & AI Democratization Program, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and empowerment.

  • Partner with HR, Regional team, and business leaders to scale up data literacy, citizen AI, and AI enablement programs across functions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Senior Business Analysts.

  • Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the AI Business Consulting function and with other AI teams
