Who we are looking for Business System Analyst works for the Global Technology department Why this role is important to us The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services Business Analyst team. The team provides the system analysis service for the global technology department, working with Agile team on software development/upgrade and customized client reporting. The prime objective of the Business System Analyst is the key position in the project teams within State Street Global Technology Service (a.k.a. IT). The role is served to bridge business with correlated IT team, to understand business demand and ensure correct and consistent solution. It offers the extra opportunity for a wide view and insights of business workflow and operational model across different business lines within State Street, and good understanding how IT supports and promotes efficiency of needs of financial industry. What you will be responsible for As Application Business Analyst you will · Understand and explore workflow and possible business scenarios with client/end users; study, analyze and evaluate the existing business model and future process or solution. · Accomplish BA relevant artifacts (e.g. functional spec, wireframe model/data mapping) to accurately capture user and system requirements. · Drive to trouble shoot issues with analytical and validation skills, to produce comprehensive results. · Bridge business and IT team as the interface; manage user demand and expectation; collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely delivery with good quality in alignment with requirements; Identify, solve or escalate potential issues and risk through development life cycles. · Maintain effective and constructive working relationships with organizational team and user/client; ability to well communicate in person, through email or conference call.

· Host and drive meetings. Participate in agile development team as the PO/BA role. What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role · 2-5+ years of industry experience, rich knowledge on finance · Experience using SQL is preferred · Experience using Scrum, Agile modelling and adaptive software development is preferred. Education & Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in or higher in finance, economics and accounting or related field is preferred · Fluent oral, written in English skills · Passed CFA level 1 examination
