IT Application Manager/Product Owner – ‘Order to Invoice’

Sanoma is now looking to add a skilled Product Owner as part of the Order to invoice OTI area in our Enterprise Enablement domain. You define stories and prioritize the team backlog, while ensuring that development follows the strategy and maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features. You are also capable to lead projects in the OTI area. We expect you to have knowledge and experience in the SAP Order-to-invoice area and supply-chain modules. 
 
You will work closely with SAP OTI Functional consultants, SAP OTI developers  as well as business stakeholders, other cross-functional teams such as SAP Finance and the Integrations team.  
 

Formal Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner 

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner in Supply Chain 

  • Knowledge of at least one of ERP supply chain modules, preferably in SAP (SD/MM/FI)  

  • Previous experience from cross-functional collaboration, i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together 

  • Prior experience working in international teams with distributed application development 

  • Professional fluency in English, written as well as spoken

  • Strong communicator and team player experienced in Agile way of working (SAFe) 

  • Being a good sparring partner for Sales directors as well as process experts/key users 

  • Enthusiasm to drive strategic changes to the operations of our development team and stakeholders 

  • Self-starter, working effectively and independently 

  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in good relation with stakeholders and team 

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong analytical skills  

  • Capability to lead projects, with astute planning and organisation skills 

  • Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions 

  • Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty 

  • Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
