About the Role
As Internal Communications Manager, you’ll set the strategic direction for all internal communications in Australia, partnering closely with executives, global partners, HR and cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure every crew member understands Vanguard’s mission, feels valued and is equipped to contribute to our collective success.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Design and deliver executive and internal communications strategies that align with Vanguard’s vision, values and strategy.
Lead impactful campaigns that drive engagement, foster a sense of belonging and support organisational change.
Identify opportunities to innovate and elevate how we communicate, ensuring our messages are clear, timely and meaningful.
Mentor and develop emerging talent, shaping the next generation of communications professionals.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications, ideally within a large corporate environment.
A passion for stakeholder engagement and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
Champion the adoption and rollout of the latest internal communications tools and platforms, driving quality communications and connecting with teams wherever they are.
Exceptional writing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, engaging and audience-specific messaging.
A track record of leading teams and delivering high-impact campaigns with measurable results.
