About Position / Position Summary
The Boeing Company is seeking a Development Team Manager to join Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S)’s Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Data (EAI&D) team in Bangalore, IN as a Microservices and Digital Thread Development Team Manager.
This Development Team Manager will lead a team of Architects, Developers, Product Managers and Scrum Masters to deliver strategic new business capabilities and modernization required to secure Boeing’s future. Success in this role will be achieved by understanding both the needs of our business stakeholders and those of the team, and driving the right strategy, priority, and problem-solving to deliver sustainable value.
This role requires savvy stakeholder management, sharp execution, and the right mindset to foster trust, excitement, and continuous learning in the team. This role will be accountable for finance, delivery, and people management and will operate in an Agile environment. This role will define and measure its success via Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will come with experience delivering real business value using technologies not limited to Microservices, Knowledge Graph, Application Programming Interfaces, running in containerized cloud environments. You will be supported by world-class tools and expert teams specializing in data, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to help you succeed.
This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.
