Job Summary

The purpose of the Industrial Organisational Psychology (IOP) Internship programme is to provide interns with the opportunity to convert previously acquired theoretical knowledge into activities related to professional practice, and to apply newly acquired practical skills, under the supervision of a senior Industrial Organisational Psychologist.

The Intern is responsible for carrying out work allocated to them, for the provision of assistance with implementing key projects and for supporting strategic business objectives in order to maximize individual and organisational development, through the execution of predefined internship objectives.

Job Description

The programme includes six domains, which consists of:

Organisational psychology;

Human resource (personnel) psychology;

Career psychology and employee wellness/wellbeing;

Testing and assessment;

Elective (project) and;

Professional ethics.
