EisnerAmper is seeking a HR Data Analyst to join the HRIT team in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, entrepreneurial culture and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Develop, maintain and enhance standardized reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, DEI, compensation, Benefits etc.).

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and monthly Workday insights.

  • Extract, transform and cleanse the data from Workday and other systems as necessary, providing consolidated, accurate reporting and analysis.

  • Building advanced DAX queries for KPIs, time intelligence, and HR modeling.

  • Skilled in interpreting Various US employee benefits utilization, Validations, and compliance metrics.

  • Proficient in building standardized and ad-hoc reports on Compensation and varies elements in comp.

  • Consult with HR partners and stakeholders for consistent HR needs (ex., to identify metrics which help measure impact and effectiveness).

  • Provide insight by transforming large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations for use by executives, HR, operations, and other internal departments

  • Help in evaluating and assessing projects and keeping HR partners and stakeholders updated regarding prioritization and progress

  • Deliver complex projects from beginning to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations

  • Facilitate the development of research / ad-hoc requests with appropriate HRIT members to address partners/stakeholder needs.

  • Ensure information is provided in alignment with governance models (Data privacy)

  • Be the trusted partner to HR stakeholders in delivering the best solutions through a dynamic and innovative relationship within the HRSS team members

  • Ability to lead and obtain results in a high volume, multi-priority, and fast-paced environment

  • Ask questions, analyze problems from different perspectives and partners with other areas to design effective solutions for clients

  • Express ideas clearly and effectively, using a range of communication styles, skills and processes

  • Requests input regularly from key stakeholders on areas of opportunity to define action plans

Basic qualifications for the opportunity
 

  • Expertise in Power BI, Workday.

  • Must know creating workday calculated fields and Dashboards.

  • Added advantage with Prism Analytics.

  • Good to have VBA, Power Query, Power Automate and ETL tools experience.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in People analytics and the use of HR Data to tell stories

  • Proven track record of service excellence

  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills

  • Proficiency with systems and data management and analysis tools

  • Strategic thinking – ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver unique insights and solutions to complex business challenges

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
