Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the design, education, and maintenance of programs, projects, and digital ecosystems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes.
- Identifies improvement and centralization opportunities for OT teams programs and digital ecosystems enhance experience.
- Consult, front-facing, with stakeholders while looking for innovation, standardization, and upskilling opportunities to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal teams and People & Culture teams.
- Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards
- Consistently able to manage time and be resilient with change.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Education Required:
- Bachelors’ Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or relevant
- P&C functional area knowledge
- Microsoft Office tools
- Training & Development best practices
- Knowledge digital ecosystems capabilities (i.e., Workday, case management, skills gap assessments, etc.)
