Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our FP&A function. This hybrid role will oversee the accuracy and integrity of budgets, forecasts and management reporting. The Manager, FP&A will play a critical role in financial reporting and will support strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis and support.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
  • Manage daily cash flow forecasting model
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analyses.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support business decisions and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes to optimize operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of financial planning and analysis or similar role
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of curiosity
