Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, analytically driven Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury Risk Management team. In this high-impact role you’ll help identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks – particularly those around foreign exchange (FX), interest rates, and investments – while delivering insightful analysis and reporting to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with technical expertise, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about optimizing risk management strategies through data.
Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.
Role Responsibilities:
Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations:
Partner with regional treasury and finance teams to forecast cash flows and identify FX risks
Support the execution of FX trades and hedging strategies in alignment with corporate risk policies
Maintain and enhance reporting on FX exposures, hedge effectiveness, and market trends
Risk Analysis & Reporting:
Build and maintain financial models for stress testing and scenarios analysis
Automate reporting processes to enhance data visualization and decision making
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and debt covenants
Prepare footnotes, disclosures, schedules, and reports for external reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support audit and regulatory reporting activities with documentation and analysis
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams to advance corporate initiatives
Support strategic projects and ad-hoc work as assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem solving and scenarios analysis capabilities
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Solid understanding of FX markets, instruments (spot, swap, forward), and hedging strategies
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g. FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Reval)
Exposure to FX Trading platforms (e.g. FXAll, Bloomberg)
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau)
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $65,400-$83,300. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
