Finance Manager

US Field Non-Sales (Remote Workforce) Full time

The primary role of Financial Planning & Analysis function is to analyzes financial data (both historical and forward looking) for strategic and operational decision making. Key deliverables include formulating forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and performing variance analysis. Assist in driving company's performance through commercial assessment of tactical and strategic sales and marketing pricing. Developing a detailed commercial understanding of customer business models, financial performance and competitor market share.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility for Corporate FP&A specialization within Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family is as a CoE for the development and implementation of processes, infrastructure, capability and tools to link ResMed strategy with execution and drive Enterprise Performance Management.

  • Requires close partnership with Financial Analysis team members.

  • Key responsibilities include support for group level reporting and analytics for the Board, CEO OPs and external parties; overseeing development of automated planning and driving the effort to ensure data governance .

  • Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Responsibilities might include:

    (1) Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career)

    (2) Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career)

    (3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert)

    (4) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)

  • Networks with contacts outside own area of expertise.

  • Leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

  • Frequently leads sub-functional teams or projects and train and mentor junior team members.

  • Serves as a best practice resource within own area of work.

  • This position includes people management responsibilities, overseeing one direct report.


Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.

  • Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.

  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.


Preferred:

  • Master degree preferred.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

Total Base Pay Range

$114,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
