You're ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom; and Citi wants to help you get there. Whether it's honing your skills or building your network, we know that success cannot come without growth. Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to learn about the many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and successfully navigate our Summer Analyst interview process.

Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and personalized interview preparation for the 2027 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out this application, you are applying to Investment Banking – San Francisco Healthcare Group. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you’re applying to.
Throughout the program, participants will gain insight into Citi’s culture, values, and the communities that shape our firm. In addition to skill building, students will be introduced to a range of inclusion networks, which provide connection points across shared interests, lived experiences, and professional goals. These experiences are designed to foster meaningful relationships and create space for students to engage with leaders and peers in ways that reflect the broad culture of Citi.
Throughout the program, you’ll engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development.
