About the Role

•迅速突破及打开所辖市场、推动业务的快速且高质量发展；
•平衡、制定和执行中长期业务及组织高效团队发展规划，深耕友邦文化、以实现所在团队绝对竞争优势和可持续性发展目标

岗位职责：

• 敏锐关注行业、所辖地区市场、客户动态、竞争对手与发展趋势，思考可能带来的影响，建立当地业务及团队的发展概貌，并制定中长期业务规划；
• 确保中国区战略与业务策略在当地有效落地与执行同时，调整及部署最为匹配的业务模式；
• 在确定的策略下，带领团队坚定执行，迅速突破及打开当地市场，推动当地业务目标与绩效的达成，建立及时业务反馈、预判、调整等管理系统；
• 承接集团与中国区TDA战略，推动所在团队实现数据业务化和业务数据化；
• 基于数据驱动的客户洞察与客户分层和需求，承接中国区客户市场战略，促进分公司跨部门协同，深化差异化客户价值和增值服务的落实；
• 根据业务发展的阶段，以客户为中心，积极协调统筹并寻求所需的资源，以实现对分公司前中后台地全面经营管理负责，通过对关键过程经营指标监控，流程持续优化，跨部门合作与创新，以提升综合管理效率和建立系统化运营管理系统；
• 解码友邦愿景与文化，诠释并建立分公司愿景、使命及文化，言行合一，将文化融入日常经营管理中；
• 结合业务发展规划，前瞻性的进行组织和人才规划与布局，负责分公司架构和人员规划、关键人才辅导与培养及关键岗位人才梯队建设；
• 在复杂、多变的商业环境中，与当地监管机构、行业协会、媒体、客户等外部关键利益相关人建立、维护及深化伙伴关系；
• 充分了解合规及风险管理原则及要求，预判风险并将风险与合规制度贯彻到分公司经营管理中,承担起风控合规的属地责 。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科以上相关学历，至少3年分公司个险负责人或至少5年中心支公司综合管理经验，成功带领机构突破转型或晋级，有出色业绩表现；
• 至少2个跨地域成功机构管理，有开拓新市场的综合业务拓展和管理经验为佳；
• 正直诚信，愿景驱动，敏捷好学，变革突破，抗压力强，意志坚定；
• 企业家精神开放心态，包容度强。
