We’re looking for a passionate and qualified Diploma Educator to join our dedicated team and help create meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Support the planning and delivery of high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build positive and collaborative relationships with families, children, and fellow educators
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
Contribute ideas and reflections to improve educational outcomes and team performance
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
What You’ll Need
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development
