Your Team, Your Impact

The Demand Planning team is at the heart of strategic decision-making, driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that fuel operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. We lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Our team partners with Business Units to integrate market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions into our planning. We also provide executive leadership with actionable insights through scenario modeling and data-driven recommendations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world business decisions. You’ll build valuable skills in forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration—setting a strong foundation for a career in supply chain or data science. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Analyzing demand signals, market trends, backlog, and inventory data to identify patterns and inflection points
  • Collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance statistical forecasting models
  • Leveraging advanced analytics tools and agentic AI to innovate and optimize forecasting processes
  • Supporting scenario planning and executive reporting with data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Data Science, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
  • Strong interest in forecasting, automation, and data flow optimization
  • Passion for solving complex problems using data and empirical research

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning concepts

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

18 - 36, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
