Pay: $65,000 - $90,000 / year

Schedule: M – F; 9a – 5:30p

Location: Remote

What this job involves: The Data Visualization & Operations Analyst serves as the central reporting and analytics resource supporting both REF and Soft Admin within the TikTok Americas portfolio. This position enhances the existing data reporting framework by automating dashboards, validating data accuracy, and developing meaningful visual insights that drive compliance, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence. Working primarily within Lark Base, Corrigo, Azara, and Excel/Larksheet, you will transform raw data into actionable intelligence—empowering leadership with visibility into SLA performance, preventive maintenance compliance, and predictive operational trends. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact operations across both hard and soft services while developing cutting-edge analytics capabilities that directly contribute to JLL's operational excellence and client success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Lark Base to track KPI, CPI, and SLA performance for both REF and Admin departments
  • Extract, clean, and organize data from Corrigo, client ticketing systems, and Azara to develop unified operational views and automated reporting templates
  • Validate Corrigo data weekly to ensure all preventive and reactive work orders are tracked and closed within SLA requirements
  • Consolidate data from janitorial, pest control, event, and landscaping vendors to create comprehensive Admin-side performance dashboards
  • Conduct monthly data integrity audits across multiple platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements
  • Prepare executive summaries with visualized key findings and recommendations to support MBR, QBR submissions, and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with Regional Engineering Program Managers, FMs, and client partners to provide data-driven insights that guide proactive maintenance and operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in data analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Larksheet including formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic, and macros
  • Experience building dashboards in Lark Base, Azara, or similar data visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred) and client-side ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of KPI/SLA management, compliance tracking, and predictive maintenance analytics
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to data accuracy and presentation quality
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills with ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility management or real estate operations environment
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and CAPEX forecasting methodologies
  • Background in business intelligence tools or advanced analytics platforms
  • Understanding of vendor management and performance tracking systems
  • Experience with automated reporting and dashboard refresh processes
  • Familiarity with TikTok or similar technology client operational requirements
  • Project management experience supporting cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Econometrics or Data Science and Information Management

Estimated compensation for this position:

66,000.00 – 74,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
