As Associate Vice President, Creative Excellence, you’ll define and elevate the creative strategy and visual expression across our 14 Power Brands — driving distinctiveness, emotion, and connection in every consumer touchpoint. This is more than a creative role — it’s an opportunity to redefine how creativity drives business growth, partnering across Marketing, Insights, Innovation, and Design to build brands that are as impactful as they are iconic.
What You’ll Do - Lead the Creative Vision
· Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into powerful creative platforms that drive distinction and emotion.
· Define and evolve the visual identity and voice across a diverse brand portfolio.
Champion Design & Brand Excellence
· Oversee packaging, design systems, and brand standards that elevate consistency and impact.
· Ensure creative quality and coherence across all touchpoints — from shelf to social.
Build & Empower Teams
· Lead and mentor a best-in-class internal creative organization.
· Partner with world-class external agencies to deliver breakthrough creative.
Innovate for the Future
· Drive the adoption of new creative tools, AI capabilities, and digital-first workflows.
· Champion modern ways of working that unlock inspiration and speed.
Collaborate Across the Enterprise
· Partner with Marketing, Insights, Innovation, and Design leaders to ensure creative excellence drives both brand love and business growth.
What You Bring
· BA/BS required; MBA preferred
· 15+ years of creative and design leadership experience, preferably within CPG or other brand-led industries.
· Proven track record of developing and executing brand creative strategies that drive results and resonate with consumers.
· Expertise in packaging, design systems, and integrated campaigns across omnichannel environments.
· Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams — both internal and agency partners.
· Ability to balance visionary thinking with practical execution, influencing at all levels of the organization.
· Deep understanding of creative operations, digital transformation, and emerging design technologies.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $220,800 – $314,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
