The position will be responsible for following up with clients during the end to end process of the different compensation surveys. Mercer is looking for candidates for the position based in CDMX (Torre Mayor).

We will count on you to:

  • Renewing participation of local customers, as well as global and/or multinational customers.
  • Ensure customer participation in the delivery of correct and timely information.
  • Providing support for customer questions and concerns.
  • Analysis of information.
  • Advice and customer service. With the support of sales and client executives, they also identify opportunities to address other client needs with the company’s solutions.
  • Organisation and scheduling of courses, training and coaching to help customers access their information.
  • Communicates with clients to clarify data questions over the phone or by email.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to improve processes in a changing environment.
  • Good workload management; able to manage the expectations of all customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, conveying clear and concise messages and promoting and enhancing the Mercer brand at all times.
  • Strong ability to quickly assess and provide effective solutions to problems in an efficient manner.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in administrative, HR, DO, Commerce or related
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of customer services experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment or in HR function such as Compensations & Benefits or related.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience in applying Excel formulas to large volumes of information
  • Intermediate-Advanced English (Written and spoken)
  • Ability to work as part of a high performance team.
