DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Master List Governance
Lead end-to-end clean-up, validation, and ongoing maintenance of the B2B customer master list.
Define and execute quality control mechanisms to maintain data accuracy across CRM and sales systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional units (i.e. Strategy & Business Intelligence, Operations/Leads Management/L2A) to ensure master data integrity and synchronization.
Account Segmentation & Retagging
Apply pre-defined segmentation principles to classify accounts based on geography, potential size, and overall channel fit.
Serve as the go-to resource for interpreting and implementing segmentation logic in operational systems.
Account Rebalancing & Distribution
Analyze account coverage and recommend redistributions to optimize sales load balancing and market reach.
Execute account transfers aligned with segmentation rules.
Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for account ownership, tagging compliance, and coverage ratios.
Insights & Continuous Improvement
Generate insights on channel mix, customer distribution, and account productivity.
Drive automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of segmentation processes.
Document and continuously improve data maintenance and segmentation workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, channel management, or commercial analytics.
Strong understanding of B2B channel structures, segmentation models, and sales coverage frameworks.
Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM system skills (Salesforce experience preferred).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
