Role Responsibilities

  • Implement the initiative Change Management Strategy to successfully implement transformational change. Implement communications related processes to support and drive change management initiatives linked to strategic TSA projects 
  • Ensure change management plan dependencies such as stakeholder engagement, TSA future state impacts, change readiness and change sustainability are understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly 
  • Support and promote change management strategies based on analysis and understanding of change impacts at an operational level to ensure awareness and engagement of staff at all levels 
  • Identify, manage, and escalate change management related risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Desirable: Bachelors level degree in Commerce, Business, HR, psychology or related discipline 
  • Desirable: Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification or equivalent, PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification
  • Considerable project management change and communication experience in supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects,  driving change and setting direction
  • Managed a range of change management projects across the full project life-cycle, managing stakeholder engagement to ensure desired change is both effectively implemented and sustained
