This role is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing capital projects within the organization.  This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure project execution KPIs and adequate investment plans are in place for the site.

  • Manufacturing network of 24 sites and c. 200 CMOs (Contract Manufacturers)

  • Using 14,500 packaging components and 2,000 raw materials from over 2,000 vendors

  • 20000 SKUs to more than 100 markets in 14 Business Units

  • Portfolio of consumer centric products across 35 distinct technology groups

  • Complexity of 4000 formulations meeting different regulatory requirements with 13000 licenses

  • Network of 150 distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the capital projects portfolio, including new construction, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of capital projects with the site’s strategic objectives.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial performance against budget.
  • Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project KPIs and meets safety and quality standards.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendor, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure all third-party work meets the quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee the execution of the PTW system
  • Manage effective communication with all project stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and deliver capability building programs for project engineers and managers.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.

  • 5 years of experience in managing capital projects with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale capital projects.

  • Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Proficiency in project management software.
