This role is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing capital projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure project execution KPIs and adequate investment plans are in place for the site.

Complexity of 4000 formulations meeting different regulatory requirements with 13000 licenses
Network of 150 distribution centers.
Key responsibilities
· Attractive salary: Base salary from EUR 3600/month (salary may be increased based on candidate’s experience) + 13th salary + annual bonus up to 16% of gross total income + other benefits.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
5 years of experience in managing capital projects with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale capital projects.
Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.
Excellent communication.
Proficiency in project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
