As part of its vision for a flatter, more nimble organization that is easier to do business with, Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) has created horizontal functions known as centers of excellence to support all client coverage channels. Banking, Lending, & Trust is a center of excellence that brings teams and functions currently found across WIM’s consumer businesses under a common, WIM-level organization.  

This position will sit within the Deposits & Treasury Management organization in Brokerage Deposits, covering the Bank Deposit Sweep and Brokered Liquid Deposit products.  As part of the WIM Deposits team, you will be responsible for the development and management of our products, pricing, and portfolio performance.  You will work with WIM Banking & Brokerage leaders, relationship managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery and service of solutions to WIM affluent and high-net-worth clients.  You are an action-oriented business consultant who is able to triage issues, analyze data and complex challenges, develop strategies and tactics, communicate effectively, and execute collaboratively. You are a self-starter motivated to carry initiatives to successful completion on time and on budget.  

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for the ongoing product and pricing management for Brokerage Deposits to serve the needs of WIM clients and financial advisors
  • Develop, implement, execute and maintain processes, controls, and policies for the Brokerage Deposits product portfolio including expanding to new channels
  • Ensure products and programs adhere to regulations and policies; oversee product risk management to ensure effective controls, meet deliverables, and drive new initiatives
  • Plan and support strategic initiatives, such as new products/enhancements, acquisition/retention programs, client alignment programs, or product/portfolio risk management, using proficient analytical skills, foundational knowledge of Change Management execution, and understanding of WIM business to build scalable frameworks
  • Identify, and advocate for any relevant modification thereof, opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
  • Collaborate and consult with WIM Banking & Brokerage leadership, relationship managers and financial advisors to promote deposit balance and revenue performance, client acquisition and retention, and delivery of product experience
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners within WIM and across the enterprise (e.g., Compliance, Control, IRM, Legal, Finance, Product/Agile, Marketing, Operations, Technology) to ensure products and programs are effectively executed and supported

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wealth Management or other Financial Services
  • Knowledge and understanding of deposit products, payments, and/or brokerage operations
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to develop data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and quickly shift between topics and activities based on critical business priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Agile product development, Agile-based tools, and business requirements analysis and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
