We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a global cryptocurrency exchange platform providing a comprehensive suite of trading services — including spot, margin, futures, and over-the-counter (OTC) options. It supports a wide range of trading pairs and offers additional features such as credit card purchases, staking, flexible savings, lending, and borrowing, accessible via both web and mobile applications.
They’re looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Turkish-speaking crypto market by building strategic partnerships, driving community engagement, and leading initiatives that boost user acquisition and trading activity for our global exchange platform.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute localized growth strategies for the platform’s contract products, focusing on high-potential crypto channels, agents, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Turkey.
- Serve as the primary liaison for regional partners — including channels, agents, and KOLs — ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and long-term relationship management.
- Work cross-functionally with the growth operations and regional marketing teams to design and implement user acquisition campaigns that enhance conversion rates and drive contract trading volume.
- Lead market expansion initiatives through business development efforts, including identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating brand collaborations, and executing resource exchanges.
- Meet and exceed team performance targets, including KPIs related to user growth, trading activity, and market share within the Turkish-speaking crypto community.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors, with strong insight into regional crypto policies and trends.
- Fluency in English or Turkish is required; proficiency in both is a plus.
- Established network within the Turkish crypto, futures, or financial markets ecosystem, ideally with access to KOLs and active community leaders.
- Strong market acumen with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency culture, trading products, and community dynamics.
- Flexible working style to accommodate communication and engagement across global time zones.
- Proven experience using social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram to drive community growth and implement influencer/KOL strategies.
