Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
You will work on the implementation and execution of campaigns on Paid Search platforms, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and billing control, helping to ensure a superior level of service for our clients that fosters long-lasting and trustworthy relationships.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Upload campaigns and perform quality control doing data quality assurance via Q&A checks.
Creation and setup of ads, keywords, extensions, etc.
Applying Google's best practices for keywords, ads, and landing pages.
Management and control of campaign budgets and monthly allocations, issuing orders, reconciling billing, and resolving discrepancies for invoicing.
Daily monitoring of Paid Search campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, pacing, and budget consumption, among other tasks.
Complete tasks following the guidelines and processes of your work team.
Daily monitoring of campaigns, their spending, and KPIs.
Preparing reports to control campaign delivery and analyze performance results.
Reporting on campaign results by collecting data, analyzing data, and participating in weekly calls with the team and clients.
Generating insights based on reports.
Collaborating with the team in defining campaign optimizations.
Implementing campaign optimizations defined by the team on the platforms.
Proposing changes to campaigns, such as modifying and adding new copy, new keywords, pausing certain keywords, adding negative keywords, and making changes to extensions.
Adjusting campaign budgets and reallocating based on campaign delivery and results.
Reviewing client result data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to build strong relationships with the teams you work with.
Developing good relationships with clients if involved in client relations.
Having a collaborative spirit with the teams you work with.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
0 to 1 year of experience.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.
Proficiency in the Google Ads platform. Knowledge of Bing Ads is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus.
Proficiency in handling numbers and data.
Accuracy in execution, quality control through Q&A, and compliance with deadlines.
Organized and able to set priorities based on client needs.
