Job Responsibilities:

• Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts
• Reconcile AR transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance-related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable – Cash Application
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel and any ERP system (preferably SAP)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on night shift schedule (US time zone), PH holidays, and 10 days RTO (scheduled in 2 consecutive weeks)
