Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial management and team leadership of the company. You will oversee financial accounting, budgeting, and cost control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role also provides strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, while continuously improving internal controls, risk management, and financial efficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, overseeing daily financial operations and report preparation.
- Organize and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; analyze performance against budget and provide improvement recommendations.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance, financial safety, and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, including investment evaluation, capital planning, and risk assessment.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure smooth coordination and compliance.
- Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to enhance management effectiveness and overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related field, including team management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various financial/accounting software.
- Accounting or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
