We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support interior and fit-out projects across multiple client sites in Jakarta. This role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management — ideal for individuals looking to grow into a Project Manager role in the near future.

About the Role:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior and fit-out projects across multiple sites.

  • Support administrative project tasks including meeting minutes, reporting, schedules, and documentation control.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to track progress and ensure work aligns with scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Prepare project reports, financial summaries, and presentation materials for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and fit-out progress reviews to ensure quality and safety compliance.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management especially for fit-out or interior construction project coordination.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

  • Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn project delivery processes within a professional consultancy.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
