What You Will Do

  • Supervise and oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring all guests receive service in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence.

  • Conduct opening procedures including unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing service areas for smooth operations.

  • Carry out closing procedures at the end of each shift, ensuring all reports and checklists are accurately completed.

  • Schedule and supervise the team, monitor performance, and manage payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.

  • Utilize the hotel’s POS system to process sales, print and close checks, and generate end-of-day revenue reports.

  • Ensure adequate supply levels by ordering and maintaining stock for daily operations.

  • Coach, guide, and train the team on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement to consistently deliver memorable experiences.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury five-star hotel or high-end lobby lounge in the Middle East.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Female candidates are highly preferred due to the nature of the role.
