POSITION SUMMARY: 

This role involves managing daily brand activities for the Distributors and Travel Retail Business. You will work closely with internal teams and business partners to ensure high-quality execution in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and store planning in assigned markets. Business sales target is not the key performance criteria for this position. The focus will be on providing a high level of business support to our key partners, which will contribute indirectly to overall business growth.

You will support both the distributors and travel retail teams for two brands: Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

Distributors & Travel Retail

Marketing Function

  • In charge of providing key accounts’ marketing support to Distributors and Travel Retail business.   Key duties involved:

  • Manage all key partners’ local seasonal marketing calendar.  Ensuring the alignment to the regional direction and it is up to date.  Periodic updates throughout the season are discussed and finalized in between partners and regional marketing team

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team to convey the updated marketing directions to all key accounts.  Ensuring local retail marketing activities are executed properly per standard

  • Project lead together with partners on all local market events.  Ensure to maintain and execute these projects at PVH standard.  Also act as a market lead for distributors market to provide both support and participation in global events.

  • Ensure and manage partner’s local execution in retail marketing, public relations and local digital marketing activities are in line with brand’s direction.  He/ she would manage all the approval process in line with the regional marketing team

  • Compile and consolidate all marketing performance reports to track on results and provide updates to management

Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Work closely with the regional VM team to ensure all seasonal assets would be provided on time.  Manage all Distributors and Travel Retail seasonal VM changeovers are in place.  Ensuring all local adoption/production are timely to catch the seasonal launch date.  Regular follow up on launch report submission from partners

  • May require oversea travelling and perform on site VM checks together with/without regional VM team to ensure completion of all seasonal installations are as per guide.  On site training/advice would be expected to provide

Store Planning & Development

  • Manage the yearly POS roll out plan and with report updates.  Provide periodic update to both direct Senior managers and other PVH managements

  • New Store initiation form (SIF) preparation and submission to system.  Ensure approval process in plan and follow up on approval status

  • Work with regional store planning team and key partners on store design and layout plan for each new/ renovated projects from kick off until shop opens

  • Other duties include new store concept roll out pilot projects and preparation work for the regular touch base meeting with regional real estate expansion team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree holder or above

  • At least 5 years account servicing experience.  Prior experience in handling marketing and VM for key accounts would be preferred  

  • Work experience with other international brands is an asset

  • Knowledge with experience in handling Southeast Asia markets and Travel Retail management would also be preferred

 

Skill

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  Knowledge of Southeast Asia languages a plus

  • Computer literate, particularly with excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, & other Office applications.
