Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Product Performance & Market Share: Monitor mining attachments and ground engaging tools on-site to maintain and grow market share through performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Business Development & Opportunity Capture: Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities across various product families to expand ESCO’s footprint and revenue.
Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Build strong site-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and provide technical support, training, and reporting to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Trade Certification in Mechanical Field or equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the mining sector, with a solid understanding of surface mining extraction techniques and operational workflows.
Strong familiarity with mining products, mobile equipment, and Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Ability to interpret General Arrangement (GA) drawings and perform detailed equipment inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and internal business systems used for inventory, reporting, and customer management.
Hold a current drivers license
