Job Description Summary

The APAC Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and managing commercial pricing models across Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS business lines in Asia Pacific — including but not limited to Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Lease Administration.

Working closely with Sales, Pursuit, and Operations teams, this role ensures that pricing proposals are competitive, commercially sound, and compliant with corporate governance standards. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and commercial risk management.

About the role:

1. Commercial Pricing & Modelling

  • Develop and manage pricing models for pursuits across multiple real estate service lines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Partner with Sales Leads and Pursuit Teams to shape the commercial approach and pricing strategy for each deal.
  • Validate cost assumptions and operational inputs to ensure the proposed solution is financially viable and sustainable.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk, profitability, and competitiveness.
  • Support the Global Commercial Committee (GCC) process by preparing robust financial analyses and ensuring all pricing data and assumptions are thoroughly validated and documented.
  • Participate in client pricing discussions or clarifications as required.

2. Process, Benchmarking & Tools

  • Support cost benchmarking and market pricing analysis to inform competitive positioning.
  • Maintain consistency and transparency in pricing methodologies and documentation across pursuits.
  • Contribute to improving pricing templates and reference databases for the APAC region.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to validate inputs and assumptions for accurate pricing.
  • Coordinate inputs across multiple business lines for integrated or bundled solutions.
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Support due diligence and baselining activities for pursuits and transitions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc commercial projects and pricing-related initiatives.
  • Provide input to management reporting and deal pipeline analyses.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of experience in pricing, commercial modelling, or financial analysis — ideally within facilities management, outsourcing, or real estate services.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • High attention to detail, with ability to work independently on complex pricing tasks.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to support deal strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident explaining pricing models to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
