- Elevate team performance and model reliability by delivering the right models with the right quality, documentation, and observability—and defining KPIs to track modeling quality and delivery.
- Manage day-to-day: Lead rituals, prioritize work, coach team members through 1:1s, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Business Analytics: Align on roadmap and priorities; ensure Analytics Engineering work serves business needs and outcomes.
- Time allocation: ~30% hands-on data modeling; remainder on leadership, reviews, and stakeholder alignment.

🤔 What you can expect
- The team: You'll join a manage a team of 3 people across Business Analytics, contributing primarily to the BA side.

1 - Experiment daily, and learn from it.
2 - Adopt AI in your day-to-day to unlock productivity and new knowledge.
3 - Make your job evolve as you use AI to do work differently (linting, documentation, test generation, code scaffolding).
- Our tools: dbt, modern cloud data warehouses, orchestration platforms, and a growing stack of observability and governance tools. You'll have autonomy to shape how the team operates and what we adopt next.
- Growth paths: Deepen technically or broaden into business-facing leadership within Analytics Engineering. This is a key turning point role for the org with high visibility and cross-functional exposure.
