The Analyst Relations Specialist/Manager is part of the Product Marketing team reporting to the Analyst & Influencer Relation Program leader and is responsible for helping expand and grow a high-impact program that directs key market influencers and generates awareness for Manhattan Associates and its solutions. Key areas of focus include cultivating and developing influencer relationships, driving thought leadership programs, and reinforcing Manhattan Associates’ brand. The Analyst Relations Specialist/Manager should have a strong market research, communications, data analysis, and competitive positioning background.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • The candidate will assume full responsibility for driving the influencer and analyst engagement plan for Manhattan Associates.
  • Create new and foster trusted and meaningful relationships with the analyst community around the globe.
  • Identify the top industry analysts and influencers in each key market and lay out a strategy for updating and engaging individuals based on the tiering.
  • Communicating daily, weekly, and monthly in-person interactions with key global analysts by phone and video.
  • Manage deadlines, deliverables, and participation in key analyst reports with oversight from the Analyst & Influencer Relations program leader
  • Delineate Manhattan’s competitive differentiators with frequent iterations of marketing materials leveraged by analysts.
  • Building a portfolio of customer case studies, white papers, and other product-based assets to share with the analyst community
  • Expand Manhattan Share of Voice in Industry Review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius by collaborating with Client Services leaders.
  • Support the Analyst & Influencer Relations program leader to develop a strategic and dynamic analyst database that outlines the most relevant and influential global analysts based on their interactions with international media, financial markets, and customers.
  • Collaborate with the Analyst & Influencer Relations program leader to drive a modern-day strategic analyst relations model. Your week is spent influencing the most important analysts in the marketplace with differentiated key messages.
  • Analyze, measure, and report the effectiveness of analyst assets and engagement on marketing-influenced pipelines and sales cycles.
  • Support product marketing and the Analyst & Influencer Relations program leader with sales and marketing enablement and response guidance to competitive reports
  • Manage administrative tasks within Manhattan’s marketing tech stack, including SFDC, Bynder, Marketo, ReqLogic, Teams, Sharepoint, and more
  • Recommend and present new ideas and fresh approaches for creatively marketing and positioning Manhattan solutions to the analyst and influencer community.
  • Be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring it represents and advocates for the voice of the customer.
