We are seeking a high-impact leader to drive the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) marketing team in Roche UK. This pivotal role involves providing strategic thought partnership to our MS Squad and, critically, leading, coaching, and developing a team of talented Marketing Partners. The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Marketing Lead is a high-impact role delivering end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, people development, and compliance excellence within the MS therapy area.
Squad Strategic Thought Partnership - Serve as a Strategic Thought Partner to the MS Squad, contributing long-term, systems-thinking input to the strategy and leading strategic execution.
People Leadership & Resourcing - Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Marketing Partners, focusing on performance management, career progression, and fostering a high-performance and compliant culture.
Compliance & Governance - Ensure governance and compliance excellence across the disease area, providing first-line compliance advice and quickly achieving/maintaining status as a UK Final Signatory.
Customer Engagement Excellence - Accountable for strategic oversight of the customer engagement plan, cultivating deep, long-term relationships with key Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).
Drive Continuous Improvement and systemic solutions across the Squad, Chapter, and Cluster, actively identifying training themes and providing clear, consistent direction.
Collaborate on the execution of work and initiatives aligned with the strategic plan, and serve as a key work package member or lead of complex deliverables.
You are an exceptional leader with deep therapy area knowledge, proven people leadership skills, and an expert understanding of UK compliance and governance requirements.
Proven experience in leading, inspiring, and developing a team of professionals, utilising modern leadership and coaching frameworks (e.g., performance management, career growth).
Deep experience in the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) disease landscape, including current treatment paradigms, emerging trends, and a profound understanding of Ocrevus.
Very high expertise in compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards, with the critical ability to become a Roche UK Final Signatory very quickly.
Ability to act as a credible senior business stakeholder and provide systems-thinking strategic input in a highly matrixed environment.
Deep familiarity with Roche's culture, ways of working, operating model, systems, and processes is preferred for cultural integration.
