About the role:
提供进驻客户工作现场的行政设施管理服务
工作地点为广东省深圳市

What this job involves:

  • 访客接待,电话接听

  • 管理会议室等工作

  • 负责行政类服务供应商管理及行政后勤保障工作,包括但不限于清洁,绿化,虫害等

  • 办公用品的预算及采购管理工作,包括但不限于文具,饮用水,茶水间用品等

  • 供应商付款管理

  • 办公室固定资产管理

  • 负责工程服务维修工单的管理

  • 跟进上级交待的工作

  • 月度报告的整理
