What this job involves:

This role oversees day-to-day site operations, vendor and contract management, health and safety compliance, and financial controls, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across all levels.

  • Oversee end-to-end site operations, implementing industry best practices and maintaining high standards for both preventative and corrective maintenance, including coordination of 24/7 emergency response protocols
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, responsive service delivery, and consistent follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
  • Vendor management activities—selecting, overseeing third-party service providers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery within approved budgets and in alignment with JLL and client guidelines
  • Manage service contracts end-to-end: track expiry dates, evaluate performance, initiate re-procurement or renewals as needed, and ensure continuous value optimization for the client
  • Support financial management by monitoring operational expenditures, adhering to budgetary controls, meeting financial targets, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable in accordance with finance protocols
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Facility Manager or senior leadership as required, including reporting, scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
  • Contribute to workplace experience initiatives—such as hybrid work enablement, space optimization, employee engagement activities, and change communications—to foster a productive and inclusive work environment

Desired experience and technical skills

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or property management
  • Familiarity with building systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and customer service orientation
  • Good command in speaking English, Cantonese and Putonghua
