Currently we are looking for a Workshop supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Kaunas. You will have the opportunity to organize and lead workshop activities, craft production plans, and ensure their successful implementation. The role includes maintaining high production quality, prioritizing safety and health, and coordinating the performance of your team.
Working hours I-IV 08:00 - 16:45, V 08:00 - 15:30.

About the job:

  • Supervise production employees, driving the team towards meeting daily goals and objectives

  • Coach and manage the daily work activities of a production team, holding accountability for team performance

  • Train team members and provide input to performance reviews

  • Assist the team with difficult or complex concerns; act as an escalation point of contact

  • Identify areas for development and recommend ways to improve processes. Lead any changes that affect the team processes

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing techniques

  • Ensure the team follows manufacturing documentation and compliance-related issues

About you:

  • More than 2 year experience of department management

  • Proficient in computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly

  • Good English language skills

  • Proficient in organizing and controlling production effectively

  • Skilled in personnel management

  • Experience in setting and maintaining production operation standards

  • Competent in stock control and planning

Beneficial skills:

  • Knowledge of TS/ISO 16949 standard requirements

  • Familiarity with IPC 610 standard requirements

  • Understanding of Layered Process Audits (LPA)

The salary range for this position is 2800 EUR gross – 3100 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
