Job Description:

The Workplace Manager is the responsible for the overall Implementation, Administration, coordination and execute the evolution of the end-user capabilities and resources provisioning (hardware and software) of the workplace tooling and associated hardware in a global Level, He/she will be responsible on implementation, maintain, and Support the workplace Software and Hardware solutions working closely with IAM, ITSM SME Process and Tools, service desk Cyber security regional Infrastructure managers and regional 3rd parties and other cross functional Team on the on-boarding and provisioning of the provisioning of the operational capabilities, ensuring a smooth operation of Workplace technologies enhancing productivity and promoting a secure and collaborative work environment on their regions, will be responsible to setup, and evolve the End Users operational and Administrative resources in terms of hardware, software and access strategy using the best practices about audit, inventory, cost efficiency aligned with local and global regulations and involving Global, regional and local teams ensuring a single operational strategy on the delivery at regional level following the definitions of the global workplace manager . The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experiences in managing Workplace Hardware and Software capabilities over multiple workload, technologies and business processes to securely and effectively manage services provisioning on a timely manner and will be based in any of the countries of their managed countries in LATAM, EUROPE and AMETA.

Responsibilities:

The WorkplaceGlobal Manager will have the responsibility to: 

  • Ensure the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Productivity tools (Microsoft Based) included on the Office 365 corporate services. 

  • Operate the end user services and assets in the highest level of operational efficiency and automation to ensure control, security, and auditing.  

  • Provide the Technical support for Microsoft workplace applications addressing issues on a prompt and efficient way. 

  • Generate the feedback to other members of the Platforms and Foundations and in specific to the workload manager to plan, execute, and Monitor End User delivery and operations use of provided resources. 

  • Guarantee Security Over the Resources including the control and follow-up of the Patching, Upgrades, systema enhancements over Microsoft Platforms and Pluxee implemented hardware on their regions. 

  • Ensure the Deliverance and implementation of the Policies and Procedures for Microsoft Workplace technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations,   

  • Keep a close Monitoring over the performance (end User) analyse the Performance using data, generate reports and identify opportunities of Optimization and Process improvement. 

  • Execute the training and awareness programs to educate employees on effective utilization or Microsoft workplace workplace tools and Promote Best practices ate regional level. 

  • Stay Updated with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for improving organizational productivity and recommending their adoption. 

  • Administer Vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions ate regional level. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Microsoft Workplace solutions, accordingly, inform workplace management about the actions to be taken. 

  • Develop and maintain Documentation related to Workplace process at regional level and enhance global documentation. 

  • Work closely with the countries to provide support and verify the guidelines implementation, co-defining local project specific solution based on standards when needed. 

  • Support transformation program including adoption of ITIL Processes in service management / service delivery activities. 

  • Monitor and manage all KPI based performance, spotting trends and ensuring the highest level of quality of service at regional level. 

Additionally, Workplace manager Must  

  • Be the main point of contact on global for functional discussions, technical discussions, and risk assessment over Workplace processes at regional level. 

  • Supporting the countries within his/her region on the Implementation and operations of the Wokplace strategies at regional level 

  • Drive the evolution of the Enterprise agility Program with focus on the workplace and End-user efficiency at regional level. 

  • Support any M&A Process in the scope of Workplace activities

  • Audit and control the use of the WOrkplace capabilities with a Efficiency and compliance point of view.

  • Ensure the transition and projects follow the ITSM governance.

  • Actionate as 3 rd level support in incidents and problems.

 

Skills Required :  

  • +5 years’ of proven experience managing Microsoft Productivity tools and technologies, Including Office 365 and Power Tools. 

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux Based Operating systems and Hardware Infrastructure 

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft workplace applications and developing plans for end user deployments and technical support process. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization from diverse multicultural environments.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated of the latest Microsoft technologies. 

  • Soft Skills
