Position Summary
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to make Antora’s offices and facilities run seamlessly day-to-day. This role ensures our teams can focus on building climate solutions without distraction — and that our spaces reflect the excellence and purpose that drive our mission.
You’ll own the systems, logistics, and operations that make our workplace safe, efficient, and inspiring. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through our doors — from employees to customers, partners, and investors.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Workplace Operations: Ensure daily readiness of all workspaces, conference rooms, and shared areas through proactive upkeep, restocking, and coordination with janitorial and maintenance vendors.
- Centralized Logistics Management: Consolidate and streamline workplace experience functions across teams (People, Facilities, Biz Ops, Executive, Marketing), establishing efficient systems and clear ownership for daily operations.
- Vendor & Budget Oversight: Lead planning, budgeting, and vendor management for pantry, janitorial, office supplies, and office equipment to ensure quality service and cost control.
- Event & Visitor Support: Coordinate with event/visitor leads to support the logistics for customer, investor, and partner visits; ensure professional, safe, and inspiring experiences aligned with Antora’s mission and brand.
- Safety, Functionality, and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workplace in partnership with EHS, Facilities, and IT. Ensure daily upkeep of shared spaces (breakrooms, bathrooms, meeting rooms) and trash receptacles, and support the maintenance and troubleshooting of conference room equipment, shared printers, and related systems.
- Employee Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters productivity, collaboration, and morale for Antora’s growing team.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, or operations.
- Organization & Execution: Strong project management and multitasking skills, paired with attention to detail. You will be proactive with proven ability to stay ahead of operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization and external partners.
- Ownership: Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration or facilities management systems and workplace office equipment.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for supporting others and improving systems.
- Preferred: Experience managing vendors and budgets, coordinating on-site events, and maintaining inventory systems.
Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $35/hr - $40/hr
Salary Basis: Hourly
