Essential Job Functions:
Lead the implementation and management of enterprise programs that strengthen workforce capability and readiness, including job architecture, skills assessment, and workforce forecasting.
Use workforce data and analysis to forecast talent supply and inform enterprise workforce decisions.
Present workforce insights, metrics, and recommendations to HR leadership and senior executives to inform long-term workforce planning and investment.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Transformation teams to align workforce strategies with business planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
Develop and execute retirement and knowledge retention strategies to preserve critical institutional expertise and honor the transition process of individuals approaching retirement.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to design and execute targeted and inclusive recruiting strategies that expand and diversify talent pipelines.
Oversee early-career and talent pipeline programs (interns, trainees, apprenticeships) to ensure consistency and foster long-term commitment to the company.
Establish governance, documentation, and reporting routines to track progress and measure impact across all workforce initiatives.
Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to support awareness, adoption, and sustainability of new workforce processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, or program management.
Strong project and program management discipline with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical and data-driven approach to workforce decision-making.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated collaboration across HR, Operations, and Transformation functions.
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $133,081.10 - $164,394.30 Per YearTexas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
