The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting Team you will engage in organizational change management, communications and training to drive client engagement and adoption. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, create core strategies, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role offers the chance to manage small to mid-size project teams, develop work plans, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes work-life quality for team members.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Human Resources Management preferred
- Possessing thorough knowledge of change management and client engagement
- Understanding of talent management and organizational design
- Demonstrating experience in workforce planning and analytics
- Skills in leadership development and performance management
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Developing professional networks and writing proposals
- Managing project teams

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
