As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping new acquisitions integrate smoothly into our Workday environment and in keeping our HR systems running at peak performance. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where your problem-solving skills and system expertise directly influence the employee experience from day one.

Responsibilities:

Drive Seamless Onboarding

  • Lead HR system activities for new acquisitions — configuring company tax setups, supervisory organizations, locations, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure new entities are successfully integrated into Workday’s benefits, time tracking, and absence modules.
  • Manage data loads using EIBs and ensure all information is accurate, complete, and auditable.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to convert and validate historical employee and pay data.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve onboarding processes through automation and simplification.

Support Our Workday Ecosystem

  • Serve as a trusted resource for HR and business teams, resolving system questions and issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and implement fixes across Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
  • Develop and maintain EIBs to support business initiatives and ongoing data maintenance.
  • Analyze recurring issues, recommend process enhancements, and collaborate on sustainable solutions.
  • Provide guidance and education to HR partners on best practices for using Workday effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience, with at least 1 year directly supporting Workday preferred.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy partnering across teams to solve problems and make systems work better.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global Workday environments.
  • Proficiency in creating, testing, and troubleshooting Workday EIBs (e.g., Change Job, Create Position, Edit Position Restrictions, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and nested IF statements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management information systems, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
