Wholesale Administrator

Purpose:
The position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth facilitation of daily wholesale functions within the Dealer Credit Departments. This role requires a meticulous and organized professional who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional support to the wholesale operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support to dealers, customers, manufacturers, Dealer Credit, and other departments regarding wholesale accounts and dealer loans.  Respond to inquiries, research, and resolve discrepancies, etc. 
• Update and maintain logs, monitor transactions, book out used vehicles, and seek approvals as needed for EFT, Wire, and ACH payments and refunds. Update and maintain the internal Wholesale Administrator spreadsheet that tracks dealer status, determining exceptions for flooring and other approvals
• Set up dealers for EFT. Update vendor’s bank information and notify the requestor of completion.
• Coordinate set up for Dealers and Users in F&I Pro. Train designated parties on F&I Pro utilization, EFT, and reporting.
• Set up new borrowers. Complete SAP Fiori vendor maintenance request forms and notify dealers of successful setup completion.
• Review and monitor various Wholesale reports and take necessary actions to resolve or collect.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Highly proficiency in the English language
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in credit analysis or a related field is preferred but not required.
