Key Responsibilities:
The Web Designer and Developer adds value to the Resource Development team’s efforts by being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites, while also leveraging analytics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize web performance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. WEB DESIGN which will include but not limited to:
Collaborating with the Acquisition team to ensure brand consistency and an optimal user experience
Creating wireframes or mockups for web pages with a mobile-first design
Conducting A/B testing and recommend UX/UI improvements based on data which will include other
experiments to evaluate the impact of different website elements (e.g., headlines, call-to-actions, page layouts).
2. WEB DEVELOPMENT which will include but not limited to:
Developing responsive, user-centric websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
(e.g., React, Vue, WordPress).
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, accessible, and optimized for speed and performance.
Maintain and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
3. Web Pixel, API Installation and Setup which includes but not limited to:
Install and configure tracking pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel) on websites and landing pages.
Implement and integrate APIs to enable data exchange between platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platforms).
Ensure proper event tracking for user interactions, such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and purchases.
Debug and troubleshoot pixel and API-related issues to ensure accurate data flow and system functionality.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to define tracking and API
integration requirements.
Test and validate pixel functionality and API connections across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
Maintain documentation of pixel setups, API integrations, and configurations for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest tracking technologies, API standards, and best practices.
4. Organizational contribution which will include but not limited to:
Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing
Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary
Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development
Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews
Support emergency response, as necessary.
