Your New Role…
Step into a leadership role at the heart of our magical merchandise operation! As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll guide our operatives across warehouse and ecommerce activities for Warner Bros. Tours & Retail. From managing stock and fulfilling orders to ensuring every parcel meets the high standards expected by witches, wizards, and muggles alike — you’ll play a key part in delivering the magic behind the scenes. Our warehouse supports the Studio Tour at Leavesden, Platform 9¾ stores, and our online Harry Potter Shop, making every fan’s experience unforgettable.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Lead associates as they receive, check, and accept deliveries to our warehouse, ensuring records of incoming orders are accurately maintained.
Maintain relevant paperwork as orders are dispatched to stores and customers, supporting smooth and traceable operations.
Ensure stock is put away and replenished in accordance with company guidelines, including safe use of machinery to store items at height.
Oversee order picking for each of our businesses, including retail stores and individual ecommerce customer orders.
Supervise packing of ecommerce orders, ensuring correct products are selected, personalized where needed, and wrapped to a high standard.
Monitor and report any issues with orders or stock levels to colleagues and the Management Team to maintain service quality.
Check machinery and vehicles regularly, reporting any defects or issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
Deliver stock to our Leavesden and London retail sites using company vehicles, where agreed with the Warehouse Management Team.
Lead daily briefings, staff inductions, and training programs, while supporting team performance, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience…
Full clean manual UK driving licence.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Confident leading teams and working collaboratively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and use initiative.
Clear and effective communication with colleagues and managers.
Comfortable using IT systems, including handheld terminals and desktop PCs.
Reliable and deadline-driven, especially during peak periods.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work safely at height (full training and PPE provided).
Previous experience in warehouse or ecommerce environments preferred.
Forklift or warehouse machinery experience is a plus.
Working Pattern…
Full time roles are scheduled for 40 hours a week, working shifts. This will include working five out of seven days each week, with varying start and finish times.
Roles include regular weekend and evening work, particularly at the busiest times of the year.
Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.
To be an active key holder of the Retail Warehouse i.e. responsible for the opening and closing of the site.
