Job Description:

What You’ll Do
As the Warehouse Manager II, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations — from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and distribution. You’ll lead and develop a team of supervisors, leads, clerks, and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead day and night warehouse teams to achieve safety, accuracy, and productivity goals.

·        Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

·        Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, replenishment, and outbound shipping.

·        Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.

·        Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive decisions and process improvements.

·        Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse — ensuring equipment, layout, and safety standards support efficient operations.

·        Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

·        Partner with other departments (Sales, Delivery, and HR) to align operational goals and support company initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

·        10+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience leading multi-shift teams.

·        Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable using data to drive performance.

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·        Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.

·        Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.

·        Flexibility to support both day and night operations as needed.
