教育程度/经验 Education Background/ Experience
本科及以上学历,物流管理、供应链管理、药学或相关专业。至少8年以上仓储物流管理经验,其中5年以上必须在制药、生物技术或医疗器械行业担任仓库经理或同等高级管理职位。
特别知识Special Knowledge
熟悉《药品管理法》及GMP相关法律法规,对药品仓储管理的特殊要求有深刻理解。
精通仓库管理流程(SOP),具备丰富的库存管理知识和实践经验。
熟练使用WMS、ERP等管理系统及Office办公软件。
有主导或参与GMP认证、飞检等药监局审计经验。
具备精益生产、6S管理等知识或实践经验。
技能Skills
拥有出色的团队领导、沟通协调和冲突解决能力,能领导跨层级团队。
强烈的责任心、原则性,注重细节,能够承受工作压力。
熟练的英语听说读写能力。
责任范围 (优先排列) AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. 战略规划与运营管理:
· 制定并执行仓库的长期发展战略和年度运营计划,以支持公司业务增长。
· 优化仓库整体布局、仓储容量规划和物料流,提升空间利用率和运营效率。
· 管理和控制仓库运营预算,包括人力、设备、耗材等成本,并持续寻求降本增效的机会。
· 主导仓库现代化项目,如WMS(仓库管理系统)的升级、自动化设备的引入等。
2. GMP/GSP合规与质量管理:
· 确保所有操作100%符合GMP、GSP要求以及相关内外部审计标准。
· 建立、维护并持续改进仓库相关的质量管理体系文件(SOP),并确保团队严格执行。
· 全面负责原辅料及成品的储存条件管理,特别是温湿度监控与控制,确保全程合规、数据完整可追溯。
· 主导应对药监部门的飞行检查、内部审计及总部审计,并对审计中发现的不符合项制定纠正和预防措施(CAPA),并跟踪直至关闭。
· 负责原辅料及成品的入库验收、在库养护、成品出库复核等关键环节的质量控制。
3. 库存管理与控制:
· 确保库存准确性,建立并监督循环盘点和年度盘点计划,及时处理盘盈盘亏,分析根本原因。
· 实施先进的库存控制方法(如FIFO先进先出、FEFO效期先出),最大限度降低库存损耗和近效期/过期原辅料及成品的风险。
· 管理与第三方物流(3PL)仓库的合作关系,确保其操作符合公司质量要求。
4. 团队领导与人员发展:
· 招聘、培训、管理和激励仓库团队(包括主管、组长、仓管员等),营造积极向上、持续改进的团队文化。
· 制定并实施员工的技能矩阵和培训计划,特别是GMP/GSP法规、SOP、安全操作等方面的培训。
· 设定清晰的团队及个人绩效目标(KPI),并进行定期评估与反馈。
5. 安全、环境与健康(EHS):
· 全面负责仓库的安全生产,确保符合EHS规定,预防火灾、盗窃、人员伤害等事故。
· 管理危险品(如酒精、易燃化学品,剧毒品)的储存与处理。
· 定期组织安全培训和应急演练。
