Warehouse & Delivery Associate

Key Responsibilities:

 Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely and correct fulfillment.

 Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; verify product quantities and accuracy.

 Maintain organized inventory, clean work areas, and adhere to safety standards in the warehouse.

 Perform local deliveries using company vehicles, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service.

 Represent Gallaway Safety & Supply and The Huston Group in a professional manner during customer interactions.

 Support warehouse operations including receiving, restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control.

 Report any shipment discrepancies, product damages, or delivery issues promptly.

 Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and operations team to ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction.

 Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies.

Qualifications

 Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.

 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

 Must be able to pass a background check.

 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

 Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

 Professional communication and customer service skills, especially during deliveries.

 Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required.

 Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed).
