The F135 Warehouse Associate aids with managing inventory and movement of materials. The Associate assists with responding to basic customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services. The Associate performs a variety of tasks supporting the Collins F135 Aftermarket Operations including receiving, stocking, kitting, material delivery and shipping. The Associate may operate many common types of warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Associate manages and processes classified material and company property ensuring the material is correctly documented.
 

What You Will Do

  • Help with managing inventory and movement of materials.
  • Assist with preparation of necessary shipping documentation.
  • Assist with received materials to ensure they match purchase orders.
  • Assist with flow of materials and products in areas according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain production and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with responding to basic customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
  • Track and trace goods while they are on route to their destination.
  • Provide logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.
  • Plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving, or the warehouse, to repair.
  • Manage material inventory and import/export controls.
  • Attach identifying tags, markings, and labeling to material, property, handling, staging, storage and shipment containers or receptacles.
     

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required ​
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, specifically SAP.
  • Experience operating Warehouse Material handling equipment (pallet jacks, fork lift etc.)
  • Experience in a compliance-driven environment
  • Experience using hand and power tools

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
