About the Technology Quality Assurance Team:


The Technology Quality Assurance (TQA) team ensures high-quality software delivery that enhances customer experience. Our Quality Engineering group develops and supports reusable, technology-agnostic automation frameworks across Legacy, Digital, Data, and NextGen platforms. We collaborate globally, innovate continuously, and offer a dynamic environment where professionals grow through impactful work and cutting - edge practices#DIRECTOR

How You Will Add Value?

Strategic Leadership:

  • You will lead the global Quality Engineering team with a clear, aligned strategy

  • You will define enterprise-wide quality standards and reusable engineering patterns

  • You will embed a quality-first mindset across engineering practices

  • You will drive transformation to AI-augmented Quality Engineering

  • You will communicate quality impact effectively to all stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:

  • You will collaborate with senior leaders to embed QE, Automation, and DevSecOps

  • You will align cross-functional teams to prioritize quality

  • You will translate business goals into measurable quality KPIs

Organizational Design & Talent Development:

  • You will build and scale a global QE organization with strong leadership

  • You will mentor future leaders and foster a culture of innovation

  • You will evolve the team structure for agility and global delivery

  • You will make decisions balancing speed, risk, and quality

Technical Excellence & Innovation:

  • You will lead automation across functional, performance, and security testing

  • You will implement shift-left and shift-right practices for early defect detection

  • You will drive AI-powered QE capabilities including defect prediction and generative AI

  • You will ensure robust test data management and CI/CD integration

Domain Expertise & Business Alignment:

  • You will apply financial services knowledge to quality strategies

  • You will lead quality transformation in agile and DevOps teams

  • You will ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and SEC regulations

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees

  • Certifications in ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, AWS/Azure/GCP, Selenium, CI/CD

  • AI/ML and compliance training (SOX, GDPR, SEC)

Experience:

  • 15+ years in IT, Software Engineering, or QE

  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles

  • 5+ years in financial services domain

  • Proven success in QA to QE transformation

Soft Skills:

  • Initiative and adaptability in fast-paced environments

  • Strong decision-making and prioritization

  • Relationship-building across teams

  • Storytelling and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and consensus-building

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
